Usage Limits

Overview

Each company account has a default limit of 1,000 emails per month. This limit helps ensure fair usage of the platform and maintain service quality for all users.

Monthly Email Quota

Default Limit

  • 1,000 emails per month
  • Resets at the beginning of each calendar month
  • Applies per company account

Monitoring Usage

You can monitor your email usage through the company dashboard:

Exceeding Limits

When you reach your monthly limit:

  • Additional email send attempts will fail
  • Your application will receive an error response
  • The limit resets at the start of the next month

Increasing Your Limit

If you need to send more than 1,000 emails per month:

  1. Contact us at hello@notify.cx
  2. Include your:
    • Company name
    • Current usage patterns
    • Expected monthly volume
  3. We'll work with you to adjust your limits
