Usage Limits
Overview
Each company account has a default limit of 1,000 emails per month. This limit helps ensure fair usage of the platform and maintain service quality for all users.
Monthly Email Quota
Default Limit
- 1,000 emails per month
- Resets at the beginning of each calendar month
- Applies per company account
Monitoring Usage
You can monitor your email usage through the company dashboard:
Exceeding Limits
When you reach your monthly limit:
- Additional email send attempts will fail
- Your application will receive an error response
- The limit resets at the start of the next month
Increasing Your Limit
If you need to send more than 1,000 emails per month:

- Include your:
- Company name
- Current usage patterns
- Expected monthly volume
- We'll work with you to adjust your limits
